Snuggle Down: Deep Sleep Audio
This audio was inspired by my own need for sleep during a health crisis. I recorded it try help myself sleep and it worked. I then gathered a group of 10 friends and formed a "sleep crew" to test it for a whole week. My goal was to help them fall asleep faster and experience deeper rest. According to my dad—my number one fan—it worked wonders, and the rest of the group found great benefit as well. Give it a try and see how it works for you!

Everyday Journal
This idea came to me one morning while I was lying in bed. The thought was to create an audio that would help you journal in deep peace and stillness, setting a positive tone for the day. I grabbed my iPhone, hit record, and let it flow. Later, I re-recorded it and edited it while sipping a cup of Tetley’s tea. Every time I use it, it brings me back to my center. Inspired by Dr. Andrew Huberman, I created this audio to help you make the most of these moments using his NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) protocol. It’s a modern take on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. You might even fall back asleep—win-win! But if not, you’ll still feel rejuvenated, as though you’ve had a good night’s rest. Relief From Suffering
Inspired by my own need to handle chronic pain with cystitis which I have had for almost 30 years. This is not a cure but this audio gently guides you into a state of relaxation, helping you process the resistance we often have toward pain. It encourages your body to release the control it holds onto in an attempt to fight the pain. Essentially, it guides you to let go, to surrender into and through the pain, allowing your body to return to a place of safety and trust. In doing so, you can release the pain and deeply rest—something our bodies need in order to heal.
